1 room available in a 3 bedroom unit on the main floor on George St.

Me and my current roommate Autumn are upper-year Trent students looking for another roommate to fill an empty bedroom starting May 1st, 2024. The unit is a 8 minute drive and 15-20 minute bus ride to and from the Trent University campus. There are bus stops that are about a 4 minute walk from the house.

Rent will be $800 a month inclusive (utilities and heat), except for Wifi that will be an additional $40 monthly. We have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. There is room for 1 more car to park. The shared living spaces are furnished with everything except for a couch (our current roommate is moving out with it). The bedroom itself is unfurnished and is located in a quiet spot at the back of the house.

We are looking for another upper-year Trent or Fleming student who is quiet and respectful. We take pride in a drama-free, quiet, and communicative household.

You must be okay with pets as we have a rabbit and a snake that stay in Autumn's room. Please no cats or dogs though as we are allergic.

Shawn (They/Them): I am currently a third-year forensic student at Trent. I love insects, everything spooky, and my favourite shows include BBC's Merlin and Criminal Minds. I also am a big fan of the Zelda and Assassin's Creed franchises!

Autumn (She/Her): I am in my final year at Trent studying Biology. I love going for hikes, being outside, and birding. I also started to learn how to knit, so I like to stay at home and be cozy with a show while I knit.
