This will allow us to leave the house in pristine viewing condition, and more importantly, will save our scaredy-cats from the stress of strangers visiting all week.

Our 12-year-old sweet and clean cats do not scratch furniture, they have NEVER not used their litter boxes, and we would of course take every pain to vacuum up every strand of fur they might shed while at your place.

Master bedroom in main house has a sink and toilet and a cast iron bathtub overlooking the lake. The guest shack has a queen and a double bed. Guests use the main house ground floor bathroom, with inside and outside showers.
This 3 season lake front cottage is at the end of a kilometre long dirt road. You'll find a 1000 sq foot open space with a dinning area, living room and Kitchen. On the second floor there’s a king size bed and 2 single beds, a toilet and vanity with cast iron bathtub.
On the ground floor Theres a cast iron air tight stove for colder evenings and an old style stone fireplace. In the kitchen you'll find a wood oven as well. No need to take wood out if you are not comfortable with that, theres gas heaters and a gas stove as well. Despite being powered by solar panels, the are lights everywhere, just like a normal house, an electric refrigerator, and a filter coffee machine. Theres enough power for laptops and television (please note that no wifi or TV on site).
The guest shack has 2 beds , a queen size on the ground floor and a double on the mezzanine.

Our beach house is oceanfront and very well equipped. We are located in the quiet fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, just north of Bucerias. Only 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta. we are in a private community of La Puntilla with 19 homes and 24 hour security. Very limited availability as we stay here most of the winter.
