ONLY renting to full time students: no exceptions. If you are on a work term. - that’s fine.
These are PRIVATE furnished rooms. You provide your own bed sheets and pillow cases,
SHARED kitchen/sharedwashroom/shared common areas.
Now, if you are between academic terms, one term ending in April. - the next term starting in September. You probably would be working all summer: I have no issues to renting under these conditions.
If you are attending classes all summer - of course I will rent to you.
If you are OCD clean, if you simply are a meticulously clean person, if you don’t want creepy- crawlies around, then this may be an ideal location for you.
Occupancy for the single bedroom is potentially immediate.
Occupancy for the bedroom with 2 single beds - march 01. A third bedroom may be available - maybe?
If you are in an emergency situation, perhaps fast immediate accommodation can be found - maybe? I’ll do what I can to help you.
The bedroom with a single bed is ideal for 1 student but could possibly be shared by 2 friends to reduce costs. No judgments here.
$500 plus rent - first/last/security deposit, plus utilities …. Some limited flexibility on costs - Let’s chat.
No pets, no smokers please.
4 months minimum - actually prefer longer rental period.
This is a owner occupied home.
About a 4 to 6 minute walk to public transit pickup point.
Off road parking is available. Closed in garage. Laundry facilities on site. Good access to public transit. Wifi. No smokers/no pets please.
