This is a home, not a rooming house. Looking to rent a room in my beautiful, spacious and bright century home in convenient central location of Peterborough on bus route. Room is unfurnished and has a lock. LGBTQ+ friendly. Available April 1. This is a clean quiet home. No parties. Mature, respectful adults only. No off-street parking available at the moment. I live in the home and there are cats here, no more pets due to bylaws. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the home, but there is a balcony and porch. Includes utilities, laundry and Bell fibe internet. I supply all toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. I will be responsible for cleaning all common areas and snow removal. No required minimum length of stay, but first and last months rent will be required prior to move-in. If you are interested, please tell me a bit about yourself and how long you are looking to stay.
