Looking tenants for short and long term contract

Looking male and female tenants for a short and long term contract for two separate houses. Other 3 rooms were rented by Trent University international female students in one house and also looking female for now one available room, either single or sharing for a short time. International female students are encouraged for all four rooms from September 1st. One room is available now.

Bus stops are very close for Trent University and Fleming College (Water St. and Cumberland Ave).

Another house will be available from July 1st for a short or long term contract for male tenants only. For Trent University and Fleming College BUS STOP is in front of the House in Parkhill Road West (close to 784 Parkhill Rd W).

Everything such as hydro and internet are covered by the rent.

Monthly rent for a single room is $700-$750 CAD (all inclusive) and sharing is $400-$450 CAD (all inclusive).
