Hello all, I’m Mike. I am a 41 year old guy who is looking for a responsible person to share a home with. I rent a large house on Sturgeon Lake and my current housemate has to move for work. This home is on a hill with a view of sturgeon lake, main level has two rooms and a large full bath with large living room with lots of windows and a sunroom. Downstairs laundry room, small room (office) 1 large room and a half bath and a storage room. Rent is 1350 plus half of hydro 50ish bucks and half bell Fibe tv/internet 50ish bucks. No smoking inside, looking for professional person. I have a cat, she’s pretty wicked but not a fan of other animals. So no pets, sorry.
