Super light trailer, weighing 2972 lbs. Can be towed with SUVs or pickups trucks. Professionally maintained and winterized every year at dealership. New interior paint. Brakes, tires & wheel bearings changed in Fall 2024.
Interior features include full shower and bathtub, as well as outdoor shower, domestic flush toilet, a new Samsung 24” Monitor, original entertainment station, new fire extinguisher, CO2 and propane detector and new digital thermostat. Microwave, gas stovetop & gas oven, toaster, cooking utensils and a custom made over the sink cutting board. Everything is in good working order.
Air conditioning and propane heating. Water heater runs on both electricity and propane. Dometic fridge runs on both electricity and propane.
Exterior features: Electric awning. bike rack, exterior side mounted bbq (includes hook-ups to propane tanks), and plenty of accessories (water hose and filter, levellers and chocks, propane tanks & axe.
