1967 GMC 920 w/ 4x4 Chassis
Description
The truck comes with an era correct GM 4x4 chassis (believed to be 1968). Has an Eaton HO52 rear end w/ Detroit Locker, Dana 44 front, SM465 4 speed and NP205 transfer-case, included at $19.5K.
Will consider reasonable offers without the 4x4 chassis.
The truck is a 1967 GMC 920, factory 327 / TH400, showing 58K miles that is believed to be original. Had intentions to do a 4x4 swap but have decided to start another project instead. The truck was bought new from Legion Motors of B.C. in Mission, and had a 10ft Alaskan Camper on it for most of its life. It has the small back window and appears too be mostly original paint (506 medium blue metallic) with some very nice patina. Currently has a coil sprung Dana 60 out of a 1969-72 3/4 ton GM pickup in it. Custom fabricated true dual exhaust with FlowFX mufflers, Edelbrock AVS2 carburetor, new fuel tank and sending unit (fuel gauge works intermittently). Original wood bed floor, original interior rubber floor mat. The bench seat needs to be reupholstered and the truck has some of the common rust issues, mainly the rad support and cowl.
