Looking for another sweet being to share my big beautiful home with (3 of us total) in a really nice neighbourhood on the south end of town with a ton of hiking trails nearby.

Available March 1st or 15th.

We’d love to welcome you in if you are a conscious, clean, respectful, friendly, helpful & easygoing person that will align with the cozy, chill, and sometimes funky and fun vibe of our home. Someone that appreciates the benefits of communal living and is independently doing their own thing but may be down to come together sometimes for chats, meals, fires, creative endeavors, etc.

I'm the home owner, I rent out 2 bedrooms and we all share the communal living spaces. I don't drink much anymore but I do love having people over for dinners/potlucks, games nights, fires, just to chill and chat, as well as do witchy stuff like moon ceremonies, card readings, and anything to do with spiritual growth. It doesn’t happen often but I do love hosting and you are welcome to join us! Also, I just turned the basement into a little sanctuary for yoga, meditation, dance, etc. and I will be hosting New & Full Moon ceremonies down there twice a month :)

Our spacious home includes:
Upstairs - living room, dining room, kitchen that’s fully stocked, sunroom and patio with cozy furniture, nice backyard with garden beds, greenhouse and fruit trees, main bath with shower, and 3 bedrooms (mine, 1 room for rent, and an office/guest bedroom)
Downstairs - laundry room, 2nd living space turned sanctuary, 2 piece washroom, and 4th bedroom

House is furnished but your room is up to you.

Available in March ~ Upstairs bedroom is a nice size with a closet, dark curtains, and the main bathroom is pretty much yours except we share the shower.

Rent is $950/month all bills included. $475 Security Deposit.
Open to discussing discounts for help with things like reno’s or pet sitting.

Help with overall cleanliness is expected and much appreciated! And it's a lot less work with 3 people teaming up!

I have lots of plants, rocks, crystals, random art and photos all around the house. I make homemade sourdough, baked goods, kombucha and other things that I love to share and the water cooler is always full of fresh, delicious spring water.

Must like animals :) I have an old Lab Shepherd, an adorable Lab puppy and an indoor/outdoor cat. All friendly beings!
