I have a three bedroom two bathroom, gorgeous new build house, beautifully furnished. I’m offering shared accommodation where I take a spare bedroom leaving the majority of house to the renter. I work out of town, only at the house a handful of days per month so the renter would have the place to themselves for the most part. The house pristine and backs onto green space and hiking trail.
