All amenities including laundry, Heat and Hydro, Wi-Fi, home security and parking behind the home are included in the price. Cable is available for an additional $25 monthly to cover costs. Smoking of any kind is strictly outside. No hard drugs or parties are permitted. Unfortunately, no pets. Must be okay with cats and dogs. Available for a single occupancy. Hoping to have roommate for no less than 2 months no more than five.
My husband and I are quiet, barring rambunctious pups. My husband is away for work two weeks out one week in, due to injuries I am home 80 to 90% of the time. Feel free to use the common areas as needed. There can also be options for communal meals if wanted. Space will be made for refrigerated Goods non- perishables and freezer space.
