Come share my big beautiful home with me and one other person in a really nice neighbourhood on the south end of town with a ton of hiking trails nearby!

We’d love to welcome another clean, respectful, friendly, helpful & easygoing person to the chill vibe of our home. We come together for meals, jamming and chats sometimes.

I don't drink or party but I do love having friends over for dinners, games nights, fires, just to chill and chat, as well as do witchy stuff like moon ceremonies, card readings, and anything to do with spiritual growth. It doesn’t happen often but I do love hosting and you are welcome to join the fun!

My spacious home includes a living room, dining room, kitchen that’s fully stocked, sunroom and patio with cozy furniture, nice sized backyard with garden beds and fruit trees, main bath with shower upstairs, laundry room and 2nd living room with a pool table and 2 piece washroom downstairs.

I have lots of plants and rocks all over, I bake tons of homemade sourdough bread and other baked goods, and I always keep a water cooler full of fresh + delicious spring water :) I like keeping a healthy, happy home.

House is furnished but your room is up to you. It’s a nice size with a good closet. It has lots of natural light and comes with darker blinds as well.

Rent is $900/month all bills included.
6 or 12 month lease or month to month.
$450 Security Deposit.
Rent may be negotiable for the right fit! Open to discussions about help with maintenance and reno’s.

Help with overall cleanliness and yard work is much appreciated!

Must be good with animals :) I have a friendly Lab Shepherd and an adorable new puppy as well as an indoor/outdoor cat.
