The house uses a composting toilet, and is heated entirely with an efficient Pacific Energy wood stove, and a small electric "wood stove" style heater when needed for the colder spells. Access to an outdoor faucet and hose for spraying down mountain bikes, and a large outdoor covered workshop with a 4' x 8' work table for bike maintenance.
