The house is furnished but your room is up to you.
Bedroom: Backside of house, quiet, good size, closet, $650/month with $325 DD.
Rent includes all bills and unlimited WiFi.
One year lease is preferred but I'm open to month to month short term rentals.
Lawn maintenance and overall cleanliness is expected.
The house is on the edge of town in a very nice neighbourhood and it's only a few steps from a ton of hiking trails including the Alberni Inlet Trail.
