Bonjour à tous. Pour des raisons personnelles, nous devons quitter notre condo plus tôt que prévu. Donc, voici les dates disponibles et une description de l’endroit. Le condo est situé « Centro » donc près de tout. Ex; 3 minutes à pied du Walmart et de tous les restaurants qui ne coûtent pas les yeux de la tête comme sur la cinquième. Pour avoir loué pendant plusieurs années avant de faire l’achat, nous avons toujours été déçus de ce qu’il y avait comme équipement. Chez nous vous ne manquerez de rien, du airfryer, des parapluies aux chaises de plage et parasol…lol…ils vous manque quelque chose et vous nous le dite, ça marche comme ça! Just one block from Playa La Ropa which many call the "best beach on the Pacific Coast of México".
This is a private, physically separate, casita with a large, covered patio and an outdoor kitchen. The property is quiet, secure and just a short walk to the beach or a quick bus or cab ride into town.
Designed as a geodesic dome, this casita has a high ceiling and a spacious "not square shoebox" feeling. It is approximately 300 sq ft. (28m2) inside. There are fans as well as air conditioning.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with fridge and (gas) stove with oven, basic dishes, utensils and other cooking equipment.
The 250 sq. ft. (23m2) brick patio is roofed over and shaded. The patio and kitchen are for the guests' exclusive use during their stay.

At the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort in Nuevo Nayarit (approx 10 kms north of Puerto Vallarta) we have 3 one week periods available (excluding christmas or easter holiday seasons) for our timeshare. On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. There is a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer and a half-bath also located on the main floor. The great room and outdoor dining room are surrounded by lush flower gardens, banana, lime, papaya, mango and palm trees, a semi-private pool, world class marina on Bandaras Bay, and a view of Sierra Madres mountain range.
The pool and hot tub are immaculately maintained and deck chairs are always available. Palm trees and deck-side umbrellas provide adequate shade if desired. There is private covered parking attached to the villa with adequate space for 2 vehicles.
The fitness facility offers tennis, squash, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, fitness equipment, experienced trainers, yoga, pilates, lap pools, restaurant and bar, and child care services.
