There are 2 Master suites with private baths and a 3rd room with 2 twin beds and adjacent bath. Master #1 features a California King bed, 55" LED TV with DVR and a very large master bath with separate jacuzzi tub and shower. Master #2 features a queen bed with cable TV and an ensuite with shower. The Family/Living area features a 55" 4K LED TV with surround sound. The home has wireless internet throughout and is able to accommodate unlimited devices through the 50Mbps connection.

The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of pots & pans, kitchen knives and many other items including Blender, rice cooker, skillet etc.

The outside area features a salt water Spa and Pool, LED in spa/pool lighting, dolphin fountain and plenty of space to soak up the Sun.

There is a built in natural gas (no need to refill tanks) American Outdoor Grill with Broiling Back-burner and rotisserie and a single side burner.

The outside patio set can comfortably seat 6 for outdoor eating and there is a sun umbrella that can be used both at the eating area or in the pool to provide some shade on those hot sunny days.

If you feel like socializing the Club fitness Center and community pool are just minutes away and still located within the gates of Indian Springs Country Club.
