Description
Sealed Tenders addressed to Trent Forsyth, Eisner Mahon Forsyth, 101 MacLeod Ave. W., P.O. Box 2680, Melfort, SK S0E 1A0, and plainly marked on the envelope: ‘Tender for One Year Lease’, will be received until February 17th, 2023 for the following properties:

SE 11-45-21 W2; Wheat – 157 acres; 80 lbs/acre NH3 on 157 acres ($13,636)
RM of Invergordon:
NW 36-45-22 W2; Canola on south 80 acres; 40 lbs/acre NH3 on south 80 acres & Summer fallowed 80 acres - Summer fallow costs ($4,759)
SW 32-45-22 W2; Canola – 145 acres; 40 lbs/acre on 145 acres ($6,521)
SE 32-45-22 W2; Canola – 90 acres & 40 lbs/acre NHW on 90 acres & Summer fallowed 110 acres Summer fallow costs ($6,102)
Bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft, payable to Eisner Mahon Forsyth – In Trust for 10 per cent (10%) of the submitted bid which must include the NH3 & summer fallow costs. Bids will be accepted on individual quarters or on any number of quarters. Should the successful bidder not lease the above farmland, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
Bidder is responsible to familiarize themselves with the land prior to submitting a bid. Conditional and multiple bids will not be accepted. The highest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
The successful bidder will be responsible for any applicable GST.
The successful bidder must sign a Lease Agreement within Thirty (30) days of notification of the award of the tender. Failure to enter into the Lease Agreement within the prescribed time will be deemed in default of the terms of the tender and the bid deposit will be forfeited.
Full payment of tender to be received by April 10, 2023.
