The 1800 sqft walkout basement offers a view of the beautiful sunrise over the lake every morning. Public lake access and beach are 1 mile away, a very short drive or a leisurely and scenic walk away.

The kitchen/dining/living room area is a spacious open concept. The 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry access are down the hall. With 1800 sqft of living space, this suite is able to accommodate large groups and families comfortably.

Our basement suite has private access and parking. Located only 1 mile from Iroquois Lake, the suite offers a view of the sunrise over the lake every morning and on a clear day, a view of the moon rising over the lake in the evening (I swear, this is a stunning view).

We are ideally situated for any season.
