Looking for a place to rent

Hi, im trying to find a place preferably a basememt suite or an upper level looking for under 1000 we can do atm or doesnt have to be a masememt suite specificaly but would be oreferable because utilities, its for me and my boyfriend, so a couple looking for a place if anyone has anything please message me. All utilities included wuld be great as well.
