Previous tenets left behind the furniture in the last two pics. The room can be furnished and rearranged to suit you or I can remove the existing furniture.
Heat pump to heat and cool thru year.
The rent is $850 w/$850 DD
Any interested individuals can set up a time to come and meet for coffee/tea.
I have a nice new outdoor terrace I built after the hurricane with a nice bbq and a hammock I built to relax in during the warmer months.
I am developing a green thumb and have a couple little areas to plant flowers and or whatever. (I have no clue how to plant things) I’ll dig it up next year and start over if that interests you.
