The living room has a large sofa bed and 2 extra seating, a TV and ceiling fan and next to it there´s a high dining table for 4. By the kitchen there are the washer and dryer machines and a back exit door.

Our condo is a spacious 1546 square foot, one-storey, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home nestled in the quiet, southwest corner of the famed gated community of Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage.
Mission Hills Country Club is an excellent central location – just 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, the airport, El Paseo and many other restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking and biking options.
Our renovated and upgraded end unit home is very clean and tastefully decorated. We love the open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and all the light that streams in from the many windows. The main bedroom is huge with a king sized bed, large closet and vaulted ceilings. It features an ensuite and a separate area for reading, working, exercising or doing yoga.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a bathroom across the hall that also serves as the main bathroom.
Our large, renovated kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs including new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that is open to the living/dining room. Across from the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. There is one covered parking spot adjacent to our front door and guest parking nearby.
A refundable security deposit of 500 USD will be returned once our home is confirmed to be left in good condition. The monthly rent includes utilities and cleaning service upon your departure. Our home is pet-free and smoke-free.
Our normal March rate is $4600/month; however, we're knocking $500 off the price since March 1st is just a few weeks away.
