I would like to say that if you are on way to Rogers/Shaw any time soon then leave the kids in a cool spot and make sure you are relaxed take you coffee water or what ever with you. It is very trying to to Reps there. Please be patient with the computers oh and most of all the REPS!! they need more Reps and more frequent breaks. Mental stress is very hard on them. the computers are not used to all the customers transferring their accounts from Shaw to Rogers so it is causing the computers to freeze up then thaw. And I will say that the computers are not liking all the changes. So be prepared. I had 6 phones on my Shaw mobile Account. Took the Rep a long hour to get them set up. And that was a call for help to someone, and computer not computing well. And it was hot in the store. I am done now until I have to do my tv/internet oooooo
