This standalone house is a nice corner unit that feels like you only have one neighbour, located at the back. There are tall cedar trees/shrubs that give privacy and many tall tress surrounding it and the house has a tin roof so when it rains it sounds very calming/comforting. Please google this noise if you havent heard it before as no one wants a shock after you move in!
Its partially fence, so anything that requires a fenced yard wont work well. This area is very quiet without any city noise but with the convenience of being half way up the Hart Hill so all the amenities and bus stops are very close. With the 3 car parking, you usually enter through the covered deck (which is nice in case its raining) which connects to a larger open patio.
Once you enter, there is a large living room with an open concept kitchen with a new fridge and a dishwasher on wheels (you connect the power to an outlet and plastic piping to the sink) which is great to have a temporary island when you are cooking or want to move it out of the way. There is a master bedroom with a window overlooking the driveway and road, a second bedroom with an interesting mountain mural, a bathroom with a deep soak tub and a large laundry area that leads to a mudroom that opens up onto the other end of the patio.Please note that there will be a fence installed in late spring/summer as there are a garage and shed that has storage so the long driveway part that leads to the mudroom will need to always be kept free and clear.
