Le Shack O2 du Lac Aylmer est une nouvelle propriété rénovée dans la ville de Beaulac-Garthby idéal pour votre séjour en famille ou entre amis avec un accès à l'eau. Vous avez besoin de relaxer, de vous changer les idées ou simplement de vous amuser. Il y a un grand choix d'activités au Shack O2!
L'été vous pouvez profiter d'une baignade sécuritaire et agréable; entrée à l'eau peu profonde et graduelle par la plage qui est directement sur le terrain. Il est possible d'utiliser la descente à bateau qui est à la marina afin de pouvoir naviguer sur le lac pendant votre séjour. Canot et pédalo sont à votre dispositon. De plus, vous y retrouverez un spa afin de terminer vos journées en toute quiétude.
Vous êtes un amateur de pêche le lac Aylmer est l’endroit parfait autant en hiver qu’en été pour y pêcher le doré, l'achigan et le brochet. Il a une superficie de 31 km carrés navigables, en plus des nombreux sports nautiques, la randonnée en forêt ou en montagne (30 min du mont Ham). De plus, nous y retrouvons le vélo-rail et la piste cyclable aménagée autour du lac. Il ne faut surtout pas oublier les sentiers de VTT ainsi que de motoneiges qui passent tout près.
À l'intérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine équipée d'un lave-vaisselle et d'électroménagers avec vue sur le lac tout en cuisinant. De plus, vous y trouverez BBQ et patio afin de pouvoir profiter de repas à l’extérieur avec toit donc beau temps mauvais temps vous pouvez être à l’extérieur. Afin de vous éloigner de la vie urbaine et de vous donner du temps de qualité avec vos proches le wifi et la télévision ne sont pas offerts au Shack O2.
Au rez-de-chaussé, nous avons trois chambres un lit double et deux lits queen. La salle de bain est munie d’un bain-douche et au sous-sol nous retrouvons la salle de lavage qui complète le Shack O2.

Month to Month Beach House rental near Summerside, PEI
A spectacular monthly rental opportunity in Mont Carmel, PEI. The Carmel Sands Beach House is available for rent in the off season until to June 30th 2024. The property is on the Northumberland Strait, just 20 minutes west of Summerside.
This unique destination belongs to the Carmel Sands Condos and Chalets property situated on 140 acres. In the past, the beach house was used as a restaurant (La Lobster Shack); however, it has been converted to a unique Beach House accommodation.
This three bedroom beach house offers an open-concept living arrangement where there are two bedrooms (queen bed and double bed) separated by curtains from the great room which allows the picturesque view to be seen through the abundance of windows overlooking the strait. We have recently converted the old commercial kitchen area into a fully enclosed master bedroom off the great room and regular kitchen. It has a king size and single bed.
The huge great room has a fully functional bar, extra large family dining table, 55” Smart TV, free WIFI, computer work space and more! There is a full kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, two toilet stalls and double sinks.
The outside patio has an inflatable seasonal Coleman hot tub for your exclusive use and your own maintenance until the end of December (weather dependent). You can watch the waves, tides, birds, stars and the most incredible sunsets. There are also tables and chairs, a small BBQ, and solar patio lights.
There are some quirks with this one-of-a-kind destination, as follows: There are no walls or doors separating two of the bedrooms, only curtains (see pictures). The property was known in the community as a restaurant with beach access, so there may be visitors on the property, however, private signs are posted. There is beach access and parking permitted to Carmel Sands residents who reside across the road where the pool is located.

The cottage is located on a quiet dead-end street that contains only 6 cottages. It is within walking distance of 2 playgrounds and a wealth of walking paths. The local store is a short walk away for that after supper ice cream treat or any grocery items that may be required. For golf enthusiasts, there are a number of golf courses within driving distance including; the newly reopened Marvelous Meadows (Arnes), Sandy Hook, Links at the Lake, Hecla, Teulon and Inwood Golf and Country Club just to name a few.
Enjoy your morning coffee from the hot tub (seasonal only) on the deck while you take in the sun rising over the lake. Sit around the lakefront firepit in the evening as you relax and listen to the waves of the large inland ocean!
The 1000 square foot cottage comfortably sleeps 6-8 people in 3 bedrooms and a loft area. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a double bed, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed. The loft is a favourite place for kids to sleep and spend some play time. There is room for an inflatable mattress (not included). There is also a futon located in the breezeway if additional sleeping room is needed. The cottage is air conditioned for our hot summers and has an indoor fireplace for those chilly spring or fall mornings. The newly upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to cook up a fabulous meal - a bbq is positioned on the deck right outside the kitchen which can be fired up for that much anticipated steak dinner. Don't feel like cooking? Gimli is 10 minutes away and has a large variety of fabulous restaurants and who can resist the local favourite Chris' Fish and Chips!

Fishing, hunting, northern lights, hiking, skydiving, air tours and more!Gimli - a great place to spend the day or go just to walk the pier and enjoy the view of the sailboats and marina. Gimli has a theater which boasts a different new release each week. The weekends almost always have live entertainment near the pier on a fabulous stage. The annual Gimli Film Festival always attracts fabulous entertainment including the large screen secured in the lake - so bring a beach chair or towel and cozy up on the sand! Interested in racing, the Gimli race track has a number of summer events. Don't forget about the Icelandic Festival when Gimli has been known to expand to over 100,000 people in one weekend!
Another great attraction within driving distance is Winnipeg Beach. The boardwalk is a favourite of kids (and adults), the entertainment on the stages each weekend is attended by many!
