The Mansion House (250 sqm 8/10 pax) is an apartment at the ground floor of a country house with other apartments. The house presents an elegant entranceway, a large kitchen with all of the modern conveniences (electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.) as well as a fireplace and a very big 75 sqm living room with a fireplace, dining room and study with double sofa bed. The sleeping area is made up of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and another bathroom with shower. The Mansion House has also an exclusive porch big more than 50sqm. where the people can eat all together beside the garden.

Very nice flat (apartment) fully and well furnished in the main center of Catania, specifically in a low urban traffic zone, 200m (almost 657 ft) afar from Villa Bellini (a huge garden/park) and 300m (almost 987 ft) afar from Piazza Stesicoro, which also leads to one of the mains metro stations and few bus stops (most importantly the “alibus” stop - bus that directly leads to the airport). The train station is only 1,5 Km away (4925 ft).
From the flat you can easily reach the most characteristic and peculiar places of the city and the city center (piazza Dante, via Crociferi, piazza Duomo, piazza Teatro Massimo), the most crowded and known pubs, cultural centres and places to just hang out in, literally on foot.
The flat is very luminous and made of two bedrooms: perfect for a couple, comfy for 3 people; it is equipped with AC (air conditioning), TV, washing machine, clean bed sheets and towels;

Getting around
You have numerous options to get around and head into Tamarindo. It’s an enjoyable walk and you can be there in about 20 minutes however you can cut that time in half if you have bicycles rented. Another great option which is very popular with guests is to rent a golf cart from the numerous places that rent them. You have lots of golf cart options in terms of price, seating capacity and how fancy you want to go. Of course you can always call for a taxi or have Luis at the front gate call for you. Taxis will typically be there in a few minutes.For navigation and directions Google Maps on Android work quite well with Waze being the preferred App by visitors to the area.

Very nice flat (apartment) fully and well furnished in the main center of Catania, specifically in a low urban traffic zone, 200m (almost 657 ft) afar from Villa Bellini (a huge garden/park) and 300m (almost 987 ft) afar from Piazza Stesicoro, which also leads to one of the mains metro stations and few bus stops (most importantly the “alibus” stop - bus that directly leads to the airport). The train station is only 1,5 Km away (4925 ft).
From the flat you can easily reach the most characteristic and peculiar places of the city and the city center (piazza Dante, via Crociferi, piazza Duomo, piazza Teatro Massimo), the most crowded and known pubs, cultural centres and places to just hang out in, literally on foot.
