I re-opened the Tote Road that follows the creek right up into the claim so no hiking in the bush to get to the claim.
Have permit in place that can be transferred to new owner. I've spent a lot of time on the claim and will show the new owner where the gold and blue clay is.
There is a fair amount of REE on the property including lithium and cobalt.
I used a sluice box and mini excavator for testing but the property needs a trommel and hoe to make a serious dent in the reserves. I'm too old to mine anymore so want to sell it and move on.
I will sell this land package including the existing permit ($5,000) and you pay permit transfer costs.
This property is offered for mining purposes only and ownership of the title does not include ownership of the surface rights or the right to use the surface for residential or recreational purposes.
