Downstairs suite, you have own living room(with pool table ), bedroom, bathroom w/standup shower(jacuzzi tub upstairs), own entrance, shared laundry and kitchen( downstairs has its own fridge and cupboards for food). Come with free internet, bills all included in rent! Pets welcome as long as their house trained and the poop in the yard is cleaned up daily. No parties unless mutually agreed on, room for one person or couple (couples rent raises to $900 for cost of extra utilities)
