Older 68 foot mobile home for rent with addition. Wood heat with back up propane heater. I am looking for someone or a couple. Preferably older couple that doesn’t party. Want someone that is quite and is willing the do some fixing up around the place for a discount in rent. Pets may be allowed. It’s on a large property and you would be expected to look after your self for the most part because I work. I need someone that is trustworthy and doesn’t have to be babysat.There is a large shop on the property that maybe able to be used if it is the right person. Close to Quesnel , about 5 minutes to town. You must be able to hook up utilities in your own name. References from previous landlords will be required.
