Hiring Doggy Daycare Attendant

We are looking for the perfect fit as a PAWlice officer. This position requires a physically fit person with the ability to be multifaceted. Some of the roles you will assume are the following, but not limited to:
Checking dogs in and out
Pack management
Keeping all structures, play areas and training areas clean and sanitized. Indoors and outdoors
Learning our software
Answering phones
Retail and food sales

This position is for dog lovers and those who can be quick on their feet when needed. When working around animals there is an element of unpredictable behaviour that you must learn how to manage to keep yourself and your fellow co-workers safe. Therefore having a reasonable existing knowledge of canine body language is preferred. There will be classes you will be asked to take to father your knowledge.

Our PAWlice will be trained to work alone and together as a team. Self-discipline, motivation, time management and communication are strengths we will be looking for. Opportunity for advancement will be made available to our keen candidates.

Requirements
18 years of age or older
Excellent communication with staff and guests
Lift 50lbs
Eager to take classes on dog behavior and first aid
Confidence around all shapes and sizes of dogs
Reliable Transport

Preference will go to candidates that have the following:

Past dog knowledge
First aid (human or canine)
Proserve
Previous knowledge of Pet Exc Program
