I specialize in these areas. I'm here to guide you through these complicated struggles and help you achieve your goals.
Having spent an entire lifetime dedicated to nutrition, fitness, and healthy approaches to living, I’ve managed to make every mistake imaginable. Through my own journey, I've navigated through the difficulties of emotional eating, food addiction, extreme cravings, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and exercise and fitness accomplishment hurdles.
My own history with food addiction and disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and obsession with fitness and exercise allows me to understand the real difficulties involved with these complicated problems. Facing these challenges has taught me the correct approaches and methods to achieving real results, in a way that lasts a lifetime. Although I had to learn the hard way, navigating through the endless information, research, failed attempts, and different methodologies to tackle fitness and health goals ultimately allowed me to acquire the knowledge and practical ability to produce real results.
After spending years helping only friends and family, I have decided to extend these services to more people.
I have a true passion for understanding people’s personal situations and circumstances, whether it be work schedules, motivation issues, food addiction, energy problems, or anything in between. I have an extensive knowledge base in nutrition ranging from basic macronutrient content and calorie tracking, to more sophisticated nutritional goals regarding reverse dieting and metabolic adaptation. Whatever your goals and level of knowledge is, I'm here to meet you where you are in your journey, and facilitate your success.

Service structure:
Initial consultation: Free
This initial consultation is a 20-30 minute conversation that will go through your goals, challenges, and circumstances. This will determine whether we are a good match, and whether my services will match your needs.
First appointment: This 1 hour appointment will go over a general plan for you. This can include the services that you require based on individual needs. If you have certain things to focus on, we can spend the entire hour on that, or we can have a broad approach to covering your needs. Should you need more than 1 of these appointments to cover more specific needs, we can make additional needs assesment appointments.
Weekly check in: This weekly appointment will be a personalized appointment to discuss progress, challenges, and adjustments that need to be made.
I also offer: Texting services. I will respond to your texts (within reason) to help with confusion, questions, or adjustments that need to be made. This is a flexible service that will be ongoing if weekly appointments are maintained every 2 weeks (minimum). Texting can be helpful for mid-week motivation issues, uncertainty, or general questions.
