Hello, I am offering general carpentry handyman work, welding services, and odd job work (cleaning gutters, disposal services, etc.) at a low hourly rate of $26.00 per hour plus any materials or fees related to the work (dump fees, building supplies, etc.).

My carpentry skills can include rough work like framing in areas, drywall repair, roof patching and finish work like painting and baseboards. Some things will be out of my skill range and I will be upfront about this and refer you to a different contractor.

Welding services are for generally smaller projects.

Odd jobs can be almost anything!

Inquire to see if I can help. I can either quote the work for a predetermined cost or be paid hourly, whatever works best for you. All compensation paid is for my time and talent plus material and service costs. I work in honour and am upfront with any issues. All discrepancies I will seek remedy for and expect the same from the client.
