Hi it's time to sell my business I have established in rural Saskatchewan a successful water treatment business for farms and acreages All We Do is rural work we've never had a bad check our business model is to supply water treatment systems so you should have experience in plumbing or trade work that would relate to piping understanding how to make connections reverse osmosis systems you should be an entrepreneur and want to live in a small town that has all the amenities 1200 people hospital police skating rink curling rink swimming pool school shopping and very safe we don't lock our doors we leave them open and we've never had a theft. it's a great place to raise children the business includes all of the existing consumables and employees that are well trained and have a small share in the company please don't waste my time just kicking tires you should have a small enough amount of funds to start a business housing is very cheap where we live $200,000 will buy a nice house the shop that we have could be rented under contract and I am more than willing to help somebody get started in the business I typically spend my Winters in Mexico and my summers in Saskatchewan I have not decided on a price as I need to do inventory but it's going to be around a half a million dollars that would give you all the inventory the vehicles pretty much everything you need to start and continue on this business.
