Roommate wanted

I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom place in Regina. I have all house necessities less a couch and a kitchen table.
There are entirely too many "share room with another person" or "this race only" posts to weed through, though I am sure you have been too.
Male or female is fine.
No partying.
I have a 10 yr old cat/goof ball that is not destructive or up on any counters.
My budget is on the lower side.
I am making arrangements to go back to school.
