Amazing apartment in the heart of the Bucerias Golden Zone, the beach is just at two blocks, we have beach chairs, and umbrellas to take to the beach, enjoy the white sand beaches in bucerias and surroundings, Karen's Place and most famous restaurants and beach clubs of Bucerias are all at walking distance from the apartment, the building have just 6 units, all the owners are canadian and americans retirees, our place have 3 bedrooms, all of them with their own bathroom, each bedroom has one double bed, and the main has two double beds. Actually we have it rented from January 6 of 2024 to April 5 of 2024, all other dates are available, the minimum stay is for a month, because of the building regulation, maax occupancy in the unit is for 6 persons. There is weekly cleaning service included.
