I have posted many times now seeking out my biological family. Days have gone by, months, years, decades and I still have not been able to find the answers I seek.
Way back in the late 90's I was in contact with my biological mother for a few weeks. However, things apparently ended on a sour note thanks to my brother not conveying a message to her from me and I have not heard from her since. To be perfectly honest, I really do not mind not speaking to her; she was perfectly imperfect in every way she came across on the phone. I mean her current family was not aware of me; she was still in contact with my biological father but refused to give me any information on that....I think back to the conversations we had and to me in my mind she was rude. Her replies to pretty much anything I mentioned was "such is life".
I get it lady...or shall I say Joan since that is apparently her name....you really hated me coming into this world but I am so gracious that you decided to give me up to a family that raised me with love and morals.
Now that I have had a bit of a rant about my biological mother, if by chance there is any other biological family that I have out there looking for me.....please oh please say hi.
Here is my story:
I was born July 28,1976 in the University Hospital of Saskatoon. My birth name was Christine Lee Armstrong; Armstrong being from my biological mother's side.
Back in those days they did not give out much information to the adoptive family about their adopted child. So to be honest I know very little about my biological family.
I, myself, was on tv as a teenager speaking about adoption and going to schools to speak out about adoption. Why do you ask? Well not only because I was adopted but my graduating year of high school, I myself had a son whom I gave up for adoption but I am still in contact with. So my biological son has contact with his extended family; I just wish I had some contact with mine .
So in conclusion of this long winded post, if you knew of my biological mother Joan Armstrong, or are family of hers, or possibly know or are in contact with my biological father and his family....reach out to me...I am reaching out right now.
Much love

I am a full-time accountant and my hubby is working in an airline. We wanted to learn how to get into the digital space to have a backup plan in case one of us separated from work. Grateful we've found this training system, three years ago. And it did help us a lot. It only took us two to three weeks to get through our easy-to-follow video-home based training modules. We are getting great results and would like to share and guide you with our awesome learning platform.
We are able to travel around the world and help us when hubby got laid off from work last April 01, 2020. It will also secure our future golden years because by that time it is already big and stable. This will also give a chance for those moms to be hands on to their kids while growing up and while business is thriving at the background
.
Disclaimer: This is not an overnight success. It requires action and determination to change. We do not spam, rent, or sell your information. If you want to get your life back and more time for your loved ones, this is it, folks. Take a leap of faith for the future.

How has the pandemic impacted your health and wellbeing? What has been helpful and what has not been helpful for your mental health?
Researchers from the University of Victoria are participating in a global collaboration to study the psychological impact of the pandemic and lockdown. We are asking people to complete a short questionnaire to better understand how the pandemic is affecting us all and its impact on our day to day lifestyle. We hope to find out what is helpful for people during this time and also what may be causing some people to be affected more than others in terms of their wellbeing.
Can you spare 15 minutes to help? Even if you filled out the 1st wave of this survey (Aug - Oct 2020), please also fill out this NEW 2nd WAVE of our survey! Click on the link to the questionnaire for more information: https://bit.ly/3828qkJ or scan the QR code.

Splitty’s Handcrafts focuses on creating abstract metal art and variety of indoor and outdoor decor items that are proudly locally made.
I strive to create art that makes a unique conversation piece and is suitable for display or use in your home, office, den, shop or man cave.
My goal is to create sculpture that is unique; that no one has done before. I try hard to resist conformity and mass production.
I am lucky enough to own a 1962 VW Single Cab Truck. These trucks were made from 1952 to 1967. Because of the split front windows the nickname “Splitty” became popular.
My art business name, “Splitty’s Handcrafts” reflects my passion for these early VWs.
