Hello my name is Krystal and I moved from Ontario two years ago gave up everything and everyone I'd ever known for love, and I lost. Brutally! So I'm starting over! I'm 35 years old and have a 20 year old daughter who lives in Ontario. She may come up to visit but that's about it for me. I prefer furnished as I have very little, and can pay up to $850 or $900 a month if it's inclusive with heat, hydro, and water. I smoke but only outside. And I wouldn't be able to come and look at anything first likely so lots of pictures would be appreciated as I'm in Moosomin currently and don't drive. I'm hoping to get into regina in the last week of December to be able to come and pay you and pick up keys. Hoping for a small security deposit as I'm starting over and I have money but trying to stay within my budget as much as possible. Would prefer my own place or a separate dwelling as I've had my own place since I was 14 years old so it would be strange for me to have a roommate. Finally an affordable cabin for sale at Greenwater Lake! Due to an out of province relocation with work, we are regretfully listing our cozy cabin for sale.
#7 Keurig Road is a titled 50X100 foot lot in the Fisherman’s Cove Subdivision. This is a 1985 built A-Frame with 672 Square feet on the main floor and another approximately 400 square feet in the loft. It sits on concrete footings with a crawl space. We bought this cabin 2 years ago and furnished the entire space with all brand-new furniture including all beds and a brand new fridge. We are selling it turn-key with all of the furnishings with the exception of a few personal items. We use this cottage year-round and it stays very warm and comfortable in even the coldest mid-January temperatures. This cabin provides the best of both worlds in the sense that you can still use it whenever you want for snowmobiling in the winter, but you don’t have to pay to keep it heated all year. It is heated by a combination of electric heat and a wood stove, which warms up the cabin incredibly quickly.
A Grundfos pump provides water in the summer months from the in-ground holding tank. We have a 185 gallon plastic tank (included) for hauling water from the water treatment plant. Running water is currently not set up for winter use but this could be easily modified with a few small changes if a person wanted to keep it heated all year. In the winter we haul water by the pail for showering, washing, etc., as all the drains to the septic tank do not freeze. Natural gas is available at the front of the lot and can be brought to the cabin for a fee from SaskEnergy ($4200). There is a strata association in place to ensure proper year – round road maintenance. Fees are $160 / year ($13 per month). Property taxes payable to the RM of Kelvington are approximately $1500 / year.
