An Architect friend pointed out to me that The water front is so stunning, its best left as is, maybe put a beach- bunkhouse with deck with solar for fridge and gas for stove and have a separate space away from the house with everything you need, like a holiday spot in your garden . store chairs table and a full kitchen . boards and , to keep the waterfront feeling remote. Also there is earning potential this way with "hipcamp" like airbnb but for campers. I put up a profile and have been inundated with bookings as there no places like this to camp. (70$ per night) and could have up to 4 pitches i reckon
