CKC Registered Labrador Retriever puppies
Description
*We are located in Arden*
Registered Labrador Retriever puppies ready for their forever homes April 6, 2020. We are a small breeder and we don't often have puppies available. We are not a kennel breeder. Our dogs live in our house. We have been involved in the careful selection of breeding animals for 8 years. We have run a farm and been responsible for the care of newborn animals of many different types. After selling our farm we decided we wanted to continue animal breeding on a much smaller scale. This is what led us to continue with Labradors. They are the most all around dog in our eyes. There is also a reason not all people breed dogs and a reason not all people should breed dogs. We have learned a lot over the years and know home much work is required to breed dogs and have a reason for doing so. Our dogs have been chosen for breeding because we feel they will produce quality healthy dogs with excellent temperament. This breeding has taken a lot of planning and resources as we feel every planned breeding should. We have an American type Chocolate female that has an incredible desire to please. Possibly one of the nicest and sweetest dogs we have ever owned. She learns quickly and has a very nice conformation. When needed there is an endless drive but when in the house a switch flips and she is a lap dog. Not being the biggest female we have seen, this helps in our program as we feel a lot of labs are becoming just too large to perform as they are expected. She has been OFA certified for hips and elbows. She has also had a full DNA screening and is clear on all tests. The male was chosen because he is also great in temperament and has an amazing ability to train and retain faster than most dogs we have come across. He has a service dog lineage and was chosen because we feel this is an important quality for a Lab. He has also had a full DNA screening and is clear on all tests. He is clear by lineage on hips and elbows and comes from a bloodline that has no known hip or elbow issues in its lineage. He will be OFA tested when two, as he has preliminary done. He has a lot of American type to him. A bit of English was bred into him and this makes him a bit more substantial than an all American type. We feel this when bred back to our all American type female will create a good mix of sizes by keeping the dogs still on the small side as opposed to English type but slightly bigger than all American and not as hot as an all out Field type American type. Our hopes are to have a line that is a slightly bigger American with a toned down personality. Taking the best from both English and American types. We are striving for a healthy dog that can be a companion, a therapeutic dog, a hunter and an all around family member. Check out our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/labradorsstrongbond/ We have pics, registrations and certificates for viewing. All puppies will have a two year health warranty against genetic illness. Full puppy kit and enough food to transition food if you wish. All puppies are sold CKC registered with non breeding contract, dewormed x4, fully vet checked, first vaccinations, microchipped and mostly potty trained. We don't want any of our dogs ever ending up in a shelter, so we claim first right of refusal. We will be here to offer support and assistance in training and care should you need it. Deposits will be taken now to reserve a puppy. We welcome you to message us if you have further questions. Thank you
