Cottage is fully furnished, equipped with all amenities, maintenance-free which guarantees each owner 5 full weeks (35 days) every year - one fixed Summer week plus 4 weeks, Each owner selects a week each season allocated by a rotating selection process. Swap-Trade-Rent weeks with owners of 8 cottages thru an online community.

WWV Club Maintenance is managed by a Board membered by cottage owner volunteers operating for more than 10 years. The Board oversees the upkeep and maintenance of the cottage premises with professional weekly housekeeping and repairs/maintenance between every owner’s visit. Each owner pays an annual fee for each fractional cottage they own to cover utility costs, weekly housecleaning & toiletries, upkeep and maintenance of cottage premises (e.g. road and snowplowing service).
Cottage Features: Sleep 9 with 3 bedrooms plus den, 2.5 baths, fully airconditioned, with screened porch, lower & upper open decks with panoramic view and situated close to nice wooded trail. Offers plenty of parking space to fit 2-4 cars. Equipped with:
