ISO Cabin/Cottage/Small House/Mobile Home Fall 2026 Long Term

Hi Revy community,
I’m hoping to relocate fom the Slocan Valley before the end of October or November to start a new chapter and starting to feel more urgent with the season turning.
Seeking a long term, unfurnished standalone cabin, cottage, mobile home or small house for myself (not shared) within 20 minutes of town, including rural communities.
Alternatively I could be open to a seasonal from November/December to May/June though will need to be either unfurnished or have adequate storage on the property.
I can make a road trip out with quite a bit of flexibility within a few days notice to meet/view after some discussion.
I would be very stoked on a season skiing the resort, Roger’s Pass and summer scrambles.
Budget is up to $2000 plus utilities.
I am a sole proprietor also with various sources of fixed income and live the typical Revelstoke lifestyle skiing, hiking, backcountry ski touring, scrambling, mountain biking.
Happy to provide plenty of details about myself and have great landlord references.
