ISO Standalone Cabin/Cottage/Mobile Home/Small House
Description
I’m trying to relocate from Nelson/Slocan Valley to Revelstoke (including rural Revelstoke up to 20 minutes) asap.
Definitely before the end of summer though the sooner the better.
I would come up for a road trip to do a viewing and meet after some discussion (maybe a call) and seeing photos as I’m currently about 3 hours south. I need plenty of details and photos before making that drive up.
Housing:
~Seeking a standalone 1-3 bedroom cabin, cottage, small house or mobile home
~NOT looking for suites, tiny homes, studios, RV’s/5th Wheels or roommates
~Unfurnished as I have my own
~Indoor storage as I have some outdoor gear
~Outdoor storage/shed for yard and truck tools
~Wood burning stove as the primary heat source is highly preferred as I have experience heating my home with wood
~Month to month with the intentions on long term or a short fixed term that flows into month to month
~Within 20 minutes of Revelstoke
~Max budget is under $2000 plus utilities

~Sole proprietor as a residential designer
~Live a typical mountain lifestyle: mountain biking, hiking, alpine peak bagging/scrambling, backcountry ski touring
~Great landlord references and track record as a tenant
~Responsible, reliable, extremely tidy and organized, low-key, minimalist, low impact, quiet and trustworthy
~Deeply values peace and quiet surroundings around my housing environment
~Been renting properties and have lived in standalone houses for the past 8 years while taking care of the property/yard work myself
