The house has a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which are all vacant at this point - 5 bed rooms are on the top floor while the other 4 are located on ground level. Prices for the this small room is $1,280. You are to share the bathroom with 2 other people. [Utilities included]. All rooms are furnished and equipped with basics such as: a bed, a lamp and a closet. If further furniture is needed, this can be discussed on a case by case basis and added. The main floor consists of a kitchen, wok kitchen, eating area with dining table overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard. The backyard is equipped with gas and water hookups for a BBQ and an outdoor hot tub.
