Exchange house N.S/ Québec

Hi everyone
I am looking to exchange houses for 1 or 2 months. Mine is in St Côme, sector Lanaudière, Québec. 1h45 from downtown Montreal.
The cottage is in a private ski domain, the popular ski Station Val St Côme is just behind the house. Almost a ski in/ ski out. There is a private skating ring in the domain, a fancy grocery store for coffees, treats, woods, local products. I have an outdoor fireplace.
The area is knowed for any sports: crosscountry ski, flat bike, downhill ski, hiking, snowshoing, skating, 4 wheeing and skidoo everywhere lost of trails.... starting this wekend the Val St Côme station has the Ski World Cup competitions people come from everywhere for it, the village (5 min drive) is having its Ice festival scultures, concerts,shows. At the village tourist office, you would find much more to do.
**** How would we do this? ****
We just exchange properties. I pay my Quebec house bills, you continue paying yours. No dogs, no smooking of any sort. We keep properties spotless clean respecfully. I have a fixed, no nails old cat. He comes with me.
