Spectacular Muskoka lakeside cottage

Reduced for summer weeks from $5500 to $5000/week. For summer 2023, available any week up to July 15 check-out. Then again after Labour Day.
On a charming small lake east of Bracebridge. We have owned there for 30 years but recently tore down the old cottage and built a spectacular new one. SW exposure with lots of sun (and sunsets) on the dock but lots of shade and pine needles on the grounds. (The cottage name is Whispering Pines.) Four bedrooms, including a bunk bedroom that sleeps 3, plus a loft with a double size pullout bed and extra floor mattress. So sleeps up to 12. 3 bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto the deck, with a great view of the lake. 3 bathrooms, one with a shower. Huge great room with beamed cathedral ceiling and huge ceiling fan, tremendous view of lake through glass front, two eating areas, large kitchen with dishwasher, living area with 55 inch smart TV and fireplace/stove. Wi-Fi. Lovely Muskoka room with screens on 3 sides and a ceiling fan. Washer and dryer. Huge deck with two large outdoor tables and lots of Muskoka and other chairs. Propane and charcoal BBQs. Large dock with Muskoka chairs and table with umbrella. Great swimming off of dock or shoreline. Firepit with lots of chairs and lots of firewood. Outdoor play area for small kids with rubber riding horse and a sandbox. 3 kayaks (one is a double), 3 standup paddleboards, canoe, row boat, paddleboat. Floating trampoline with attached large floating mat. Also offshore floating dock to swim to. Lots of parking. No smoking or pets. For summer 2023, available any week up to July 15 check-out. Then again after Labour Day.
