Chalet au bord de l'eau

Sweet, south facing, two bedroom waterfront cottage on a quiet lake. It is situated on Lac des Bois in the municipality of Latulipe et Gaboury, which is about two and a half hours from North Bay. ( Google map ; Chemin du Lac des Bois, Témiscaming) The cottage has electricity and plumbing. We own the land and property taxes are $700/year. The water comes from the lake and we bring in drinking water from a natural spring nearby. We get very good cell coverage with our Virgin plans and satellite service is also available. There is a bunkie and outhouse for extra guests. There are logging trails throughout this area for hiking and an abundance of wild blueberries for picking. This is a magical place.
