Shared accommodation/room lease offered in larger, lovely Victorian home which is quiet, friendly, hospitable. It is a mature environment best suited to working professional or student. We are seeking a longer term boarder/tenant but flexible.

The house comes with a parking space, laundry, porch on the front and a back deck with a barbecue, not a huge yard but cute. The internet is excellent with a sizable upload. Appliances are quite new. Nearby is a park, waterfront, the main library and restaurants. There are some great galleries nearby also.

This is a character home with eclectic decor which is comfortable and peacefully laid back.
Everything one could need is provided in the kitchen and the furnishings are quality and unique. Cleanliness and responsibility a given requirement and sociable character valued.
Friends are welcome just not overnights, sorry..
There is a no marijuana policy or smoking inside as well.
Respect is the only rule

We do have one dog who is kind and gentle, he has limitations as to his spaces allowed but a really nice boy.
