The room is on the upper level of a duplex with a separate private Wi-Fi controlled entrance. Each room is also independently locked with Wi-Fi locks.
NO SPICY cooking. Please do not apply if you cook spicy food. It circulates to the entire house.
INCLUDED with rent - As seen in photos, your room includes a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a shared laundry room. Each person has their own private coded locked bedroom. The laundry room is available on weekends only. The room includes High-Speed WIFI and Central Air Conditioning.
LOCATION - We are conveniently located near a bus route terminal, groceries, banking and more.
CLEANLINESS is paramount. Tenants must clean UP, wipe up, and pick UP after themselves.
We have a cleaner hired to clean normal living in the common areas: kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. You are responsible for your own bedding and towels.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT - $300.00 damage deposit required.
