Christmas is over and it’s a new year. Are you looking for a fresh start this year and would love someone to come in and freshen up your home? Have you been thinking about hiring someone to come in a clean your home on a regular, or semi-regular, basis? If you have, I’m your girl! I have openings to take on several more clients but spots are filling up quickly.
I’m offering residential cleaning services for Corunna and surrounding area. I’m a mom of three school aged kids. I have over 20 years of cleaning experience, both residential and commercial, and had a successful cleaning business a number of years ago with very happy clients. I pride myself in attention to detail, being thorough and am very reliable. If you’re at all interested, send me a message and we can discuss details.

Rates:
Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly: $25/hr. **Please note that monthly cleanings usually involved more time and a deeper cleaning due to me coming in less often.**
One time jobs: contact me and we can discuss.Cleaning includes:
- vacuuming/sweeping and washing all floors
- dusting all surfaces
- thorough cleaning/sanitizing of all bathrooms, including shower/tub and toilet
- thorough cleaning/sanitizing of your kitchen (I’ll wash dishes but they will be air dried)
- spot cleaning of windows, mirrors and kitchen/bathroom cabinets
* baseboards and blinds will require extra time *Cleaning DOES NOT include:
- organizing toys/closets/drawers
- laundry
- exterior windows
- oven interiors
- defrosting of freezers
- cleaning interiors of fridges
- anything outside my reach
- lifting, pulling out or moving heavy furniture or appliances, although you’re welcome to do so before I arrive so I can clean underneath those areas
- pet cages, pet waste, litter boxes, etc
- mold or other hazardous materialsAnything beyond this can definitely be discussed for an additional fee but should be decided on ahead of time. I can bring my own supplies, unless there’s something specific you want me to use. Please have your own vacuum on hand. If you don’t, I can make arrangements to bring one.

CONDOS - INTERIOR/EXTERIOR - $99 - $119 (2 and 3 bedroom and penthouses $139and up) **includes all windows cleaned in/out - tracks cleaned, screens brushed, frames wiped down, all balcony glass cleaned.
***in order to calculate your # of windows - count the number of individual panes...if you have a big house with lots of windows - don't worry, you'll get a few freebies...we will also polish up any of your interior mirrors...
****average single family homes have 20 to 40 window panes...
Screens cleaned with the amazing Aztec Screen Cleaner - $3.50 per screen (see video on our website bluewaterepa.com )...the screen cleaning removes dust. dirt. pollen and other buildup - an excellent addition to the overall cleaning of your windows!

SCREEN REPAIRS - Bluewater EPA will pick up your screens - repair with top quality charcoal grey (black) fibreglass screening - and return them to you...If you need them put back into the windows - we'll do that as well...usually 1-3 days service - sometimes same day...
