Need help finishing my vacation home in Cancun

I need 10k to finish the renovation I started in the backyard. If you can help me finish it. You can use the house whenever you want for the next for years and also give you a % of the rental income. You would make and have a free spot whenever you want. You just have to buy your plane ticket and if you have a big family, it works out better for you. The house has 7 bedrooms and 2 pools.
