•Main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has adjoining shower and outdoor shower with a walk in closet. Kitchen has sub zero fridge, wolf range, dishwasher, microwave and counter seating for 4.
•Outdoor dining table has seating for eight and is located under the covered lanai. Patio doors open completely from wall to wall as you walk out to the dining table.
•There is an outdoor Weber barbeque as well as an outdoor sectional with a fire table.
•There are two sets of washer/dryers one being located in the main house and another located in a cabana.
•Central air conditioning in the main house as well as an air conditioner in each cabana
•Pool has solar heat
•There is a 75 inch TV in the main family room with Shaw Canadian satellite. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and satellite receiver, including each cabana.
•There are 2 separate extremely private cabanas, each a perfect size for a couple. They have a 1/2 bath, outside shower and a small counter with a fridge. One with a queen bed the other with a king. See pictures.
•Yard has a fruit orchard and a putting green. There are beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards for your beach days.
•Driveway has an automatic gate.
•House is a mile up the mountain with panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains behind.
•There is a large pool with an attached hot tub, an incredible waterslide, and a large rock feature.
•Lahaina is a 10 minute drive.
•Home is on one level for disabled/handicapped or elderly.
•Many golf courses within 30 minutes

•We prefer rentals that are Adults only. We are not interested in large group rentals.
•Not available at Christmas/new year’s as we use the house ourselves.
•PRICES are as follows with Minimum stay and all in US dollars;
14 nights is $700 per night.
21 nights is $600 per night.
28 nights is $500 per night.
All rentals have cleaning fee at completion , plus there is a initial damage deposit that will be returned on inspection.
